Holy Boldness is a DIVINE ENDOWMENT designed to make an otherwise silent CHURCH shout out the victories of our LORD JESUS CHRIST to HIS BODY and BRIDE as well to an ignorant world in darkness. We have no restraint shouting at a ballgame, world cup soccer or simply cheering for our teams. Should'nt our dear Lord JESUS deserve better??!!
It is of utmost importance that we SEIZE every living MOMENT as an oppurtunity to declare the praises of HIM who has called us out of darkness into HIS marvellous light !
Ofcourse SILENCE is SATAN's weapon to avoid confrontation with the world.
We have a mandate and that is to EXALT and MAGNIFY the NAME of JESUS CHRIST. He was never silent concerning us but boldly went to die for the punishment we deserved.
A million dilemmas and fears usually turn us inward and introspective. We lose the drive to praise or pray. Now before we hit that point we must NIP IT IN THE BUD !! Before satan silences us into submission and oppression, we must vocally praise our GOD, for the good and the bad.
Bartimeus had a lot of reasons to weep in a corner and wallow in his misery and self pity but he decided to do that one thing on that eventful day !
Often we are silenced by INTIMIDATION and FEAR comparing ourselves to others and examining our self worth. WE FORGET THAT OUR SELF WORTH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR LORD SAVING US. HE SAVED US BECAUSE OF HIMSELF AND NOT BECAUSE OF HOW GOOD WE ARE. This is why HE COMPLETES US AND WE MUST SHOUT OUT FROM THE ROOFTOPS about who HE IS and what HE HAS DONE.
SILENCE is satan's ploy to keep the church in a dazed state of slumber. As babies we used to cry, whine, laugh, dance( later on ) , but as we approach adulthood we have a flat affect and live emotionlessly. Our LORD JESUS CRIED OUT in Gethsemane, in Golgotha and is still crying out for His BRIDE to be perfected in the midst of intense EVIL. LET is therefore BE LED TO SHOUT OUT THE MAJESTY OF HIS NAME until our dying breath ! AMEN
