"For the unseen things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being realized by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, for them to be without excuse." (Rom 1:20)
God created the heavens and the earth. This short sentence does not provide us the technical details of how this was done. It was not the purpose of God to provide us with such details. God said, let there be light, and it was so. We believe this truth because God said it. The creation work of God is a testament to His awesome power and wisdom. With great advances in science and technology, man has failed to understand the creation of God. This he will not be able to. We look around and admire the beauty of God’s creation. We stand in awe. There are things that we see with the naked eye and there are things in creation no one has seen. God only knows.
Apostle Paul writes and says it is a “no brainer”. If man was to stand still and look at God’s creation, he will come naturally to the conclusion that there is a God. But, sad to say that man has failed to recognize that God created everything. They thus have no knowledge of the Almighty and they will not give praise to God for His wonderful creation. This blindness of man is because of sin. Only God can open the eyes of man to see the beauty in the creation and praise and glorify Him. They are destined to eternal destruction who do not want to know the power of God to save a sinner. Exactly as they do not retain God as the creator they don’t believe the plan of salvation for man. It is willful refusal and that will condemn them on the day they will stand before God. No one can bring any excuse to justify their position of unbelief.
